Key Steps in the Recall Process:
- 10% of registered voters.
- Must submit grounds for removal within 10 days of organizing the petition drive and has 180 days to gather the required signatures whether from a particular ward of city wide elected official.
- Elected officials must be in office for at least 365 days before being eligible for recall
